Questions
- What counts as a "question"?
- Each practice session starts with a realistic workplace question from an AI persona - the kind of thing you'd actually get asked over Slack or in a meeting. Free users get one per week; Pro users get unlimited.
- Who are the personas?
- We have 15 AI characters. Free tier: Orla (Tech Lead), Finn (Client), Freya (EM). Pro unlocks: Derek (CTO), Meg (PM), Marcus (Architect), Helen (Director of Engineering), Raj (VP Engineering), Suki (Designer), Aled (Intern), Sammy (Scrum Master), Nadia (political CTO), Theo (Security Engineer), Ellis (Legacy Code Guardian), and Malcolm (async remote colleague). Each has a distinct communication style that mirrors real workplace dynamics.
- What is "cadence"?
- Cadence controls how often you receive questions. Pro users can choose Burst (intensive sprints), Steady (one question per weekday), or Intense (twice-weekly high volume). Free users get one question per week.
- How is my answer evaluated?
- Claude reads your answer in the context of the persona's question and your current career level. It scores 1–10, identifies specific strengths and areas to improve, and provides a model example answer.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in Settings → Manage subscription at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
